  Ulrich Bäuerle
  Chief Technology Officer

  Ulrich Bäuerle is a chemical engineer, specializing in membrane technology and associated chemistry processes, delivers decades of water and wastewater treatment experience. An industry veteran, Mr. Bäuerle was in charge of projects for biogas, leachate treatment, thermal power and chemical plants. With extensive chemical processes and materials expertise, he invented and led the development of the “PrePaq” (a solid-liquid separator that is a core component in most APATEQ’s products). Furthermore, Mr. Bäuerle is the on-file, patent inventor of “OilPaq,” APATEQ’s proprietary oil-water separation technology. Over the last 30 years, he has constructed more than one hundred water and wastewater treatment plants in Europe, Middle East and Asia. For more than 10 years before joining APATEQ, Mr. Bäuerle was the Managing Director of a water, wastewater and water recycling German engineering and manufacturing company. Additionally, Ulrich Bäuerle has published several articles and white papers regarding water and wastewater, fuel gas and gas purification processes.

  Chief Sales Officer

  Dirk Martin commands more than 20 years of professional international sales, procurement and logistics, experience throughout Europe, North America, South America, Asia and Africa. Mr. Martin holds a Business Administration Degree. During his dynamic career developing start-up companies, he has honed his experience in various industrial sectors. Mr. Martin specializes in the commercialization of new technologies and the creation of new strategic business alliances. He has sold wastewater treatment plants to customers in Canada, France, Germany, Denmark and Luxembourg.

  Chief Admin. Officer

  Mireille Wellenreiter is an administrative, logistic and company management expert with 20 years of professional experience in worldwide operations. She holds a degree in law with focus on corporate law and international trade. She has participated in the creation of several companies and during her career she managed to cover, due to her leadership and her high degree of adaptability, all different organizational processes of an international business. For more than 10 years she has held management positions and during the last 5 years, she was CEO in a company for international distribution with more than EUR 40 million turnover and with production facilities in Taiwan and China. She successfully led numerous negotiations with Asian partners for commercial and R&D projects.

  Chief Financial Officer

  Ingwer Meinhold, Master and Ph.D. in Business Administration, has more than 20 years of international financial business experience in various industrial sectors such as automotive, polymers, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, with more than 15 years at executive level. Before focussing on operational activities, he was counseling Top Management of international companies in process optimization and strategy. Having a banking background, Ingwer Meinhold was crucially involved in the creation of Volkswagen Bank in France. As a highly experienced CFO he conducted the financial restructuring of a large industrial group and ensured that all covenants were met. At APATEQ he is responsible for the worldwide financial activities of the group as well as for setting up new entities for international growth.
